Hello and congratulations on making the decision to make your mental health a priority! I strive to be affirming to all genders, cultures and abilities. I provide a non-judgemental space for people to process experiences, gain perspective, and develop healthier thinking patterns and coping strategies. My areas of clinical focus include grief and loss, depression, neurodivergence, and childhood trauma. In my personal life I am a parent, a geek/nerd and an animal lover.
