I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois with 18 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & coping with life changes. One of the most difficult things for a person to accept is that they need the help of a therapist. Seeking the help of a therapist for yourself or your child is a very courageous step and a sign of great internal strength.
