I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Tennessee and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2004. For the past 17 years I have practiced in various settings to include community mental health, counseling with military members and their families and school settings. I am skilled in the use of Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness training. My goal is to help clients improve relationships and work through past trauma, hurt, and life transitions. I will provide a trusting, non-judgmental environment for my clients to discover what it means for them to reach fulfillment and happiness in their life. I have a passion for making sure every individual feels they have somebody to talk to who will listen without judgement and help them look for the strengths within themselves to make their way through difficult times. In my spare time I like to spend time with my husband and children and be in nature, and travel when possible.
