I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado. I am also a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Certified in treating trauma with EMDR therapy. I have been a therapist for 18 years and I have so much passion for this work! I can help you with your relationship with food or body image, your mood problems, or your relationship problems. I also help folks to overcome traumatic material that has effected their lives. I use many modalities in my work including; IFS, CBT, ACT, and mindfulness based solutions. I am always helping you to connect your emotional experience to your body's needs.

My counseling approach is warm and dynamic, assertive and kind. I am hopeful for you. I believe in your ability to self-heal, and I am on your side through it all.
