I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. I began practicing counseling after completing training in 2011 at Southeastern Oklahoma State University. I have experience practicing in outpatient and telehealth settings with people suffering from trauma, binge eating disorder, work-life balance, depression, emotional dysregulation, couples, domestic violence, grief, and personality disorders. My strengths include CBT, REBT, EMDR, Individual (teens and adults), and couples counseling. Outside of behavioral health care, I enjoy hiking, gardening, game night, and reading in my free time.
