I am a licensed professional counselor in the State of South Carolina. I have worked in the mental health field for over 20 years. I have experience working with teens and adults with various issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+, loss and grief, career issues and mood disorders. I specialize in working with all ages with trauma.
My therapeutic approach is one with kindness and warmth. You will find no judgement with me! I have experience with several treatment modalities including EMDR, TFCBT, mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My goal is to work with people to fulfill their fullest potential, healing from trauma, and regaining a new perspective on life.
