I am licensed in Washington State with 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

There are times in life when the challenges we face feel overwhelming and impossible to surmount. I see my job as an opportunity to help clients recognize their strengths and resources, focus their energy on the areas where they have some level of control or influence, and find greater peace within their lives.
