I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Substance Abuse Counselor in the state of Wisconsin. Whether life or trauma, I strive to help my clients regain a positive outlook, as well as rebuilding their strength and resiliency to face life’s challenges and stressors. I offer a safe environment for individuals to work through past hurts, find freedom from ongoing struggles, grow in their true self, and thrive in their lives and relationships. I will help you to develop strategies to manage life's challenges and capture your strengths and help you be empowered through personal growth and change. I am Trauma Certified and trained in several modalities, although believe that you are the expert in you.

My therapeutic style draws from approaches as cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and mindfulness techniques. I work with you to emphasize your personal strengths and to help you discover ways to feel at peace with yourself, especially when facing stressful times and/or an addiction. I strive for engaging, conversational and collaborative counseling.
