I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 12 years experience. I have experience working with Individuals, families, guardians and blended families. I also have worked with individuals on a wide range of concerns including, depression, anxiety, parenting, relationship issues, and trauma.
I have trainings and experience using various modalities and interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution Focused, that I incorporate into my work with others based on individual needs. I enjoy helping people improve their lives, their ability to communicate and to help restore relationships.
