I am passionate about working with adults to meet their individual needs through a holistic approach to counseling. I believe that a trusting relationship between client and counselor can be a powerful tool for change. I am an open-minded counselor that strives to provide a comfortable and supportive environment for one to explore and process their thoughts and emotions. Using evidence based treatment approaches like Client-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Career Counseling, I am able to serve those with concerns including anxiety, depression, anger management, grief, self-esteem, chronic illness, self-acceptance, life-stage adjustment, cognitive remediation, and career exploration.

I hold a Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling Psychology from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) in the state of Texas and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) by the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC).

Therapy can be a powerful experience in which one grows and learns how to better cope with the various challenges and struggles in life. Therapy can tremendously help people live a more fulfilling life where they can understand, accept, and express who they really are.
