About
Life isn’t perfect. It’s full of ups and downs that shape the way we view ourselves, our relationships, and the world we live in. Sometimes that means we end up liking ourselves less, struggling in our relationships, and feeling very conflicted. Our thoughts and feelings get tangled together. We want to make sense of it all, but it’s hard to know where to start. Healing isn’t a linear process and it can be challenging. You don’t have to do it alone. I will walk with you and together we can make sense of what happened, understand how it’s affected you, and create a deeper understanding of yourself. As a mental health therapist I have focused my work on supporting survivors of trauma across many life stages. I strive to build therapeutic relationships that prioritize safety, support, and acceptance. I utilize an empowerment focused and judgement free approach that is tailored to individual needs. It is my passion to partner with clients to support them in achieving their goals and grow healthy roots for a healthy life.
