Welcome. My name is Amy Francis and I am a mental health counselor. I have been practicing for approximately 5 years and I have worked with clients with depression, anxiety, and other mental health struggles. I also have experience working in emergency mental health treatment.

My counseling style is dealing with the here and now. We will work together to get you moving towards a healthier headspace in a respectful and caring way. I believe that each person has the ability and capability to get better and I am here to help you learn how to use the tools you already have.

The first step is the hardest. So, you have already accomplished so much by coming here today. If you are ready to take the next step, I am here to walk with you on your journey to a more healthier balanced life.
