I am a Nationally (Board) Certified Counselor through the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC). I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) through the State of Wisconsin. I have over 10 years of experience providing life skills coaching, vocational counseling and mental health counseling. I have worked with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns to include anxiety, panic disorder, depression, bipolar illness, anger management issues, drug and alcohol abuse issues, family and relationship concerns, work and professional concerns, grief and loss, previous incarceration, and more.
My clients have described my counseling style as warm, welcoming and compassionate. At the same time, I inspire the client to challenge themselves to explore new ways to identify, understand and address their concerns. Discussing your situation and your feelings is important, but equally important is seeking new ways to approach a situation that is still causing you distress. Together we can create a new path!
