Hello! I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in the State of Wyoming and I can offer over 20 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, and issues relating to grief and loss. I have also provided counseling to individuals who have experienced physical trauma and emotional abuse, as well as issues related to PTSD..
My therapy style is warm and accepting and I am a firm believer in treating all individuals with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused therapy, in combination with mindfulness and dialectical behavioral techniques. I believe in developing a true partnership with my clients and encourage individuals to take the lead in identifying their personal goals in the therapy process.
