Hey there. It is likely you are seeking Find A Therapist because you are at a significant moment in your life and in need of clarity and support. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Alaska and have been practicing as a therapist for more than 5 years. I have experience working with a wide range of backgrounds and variety of issues. Much of my professional experience has been working with people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, LGBTQIA+ issues, substance abuse, and relationship conflicts. I also have an extensive background with children and adolescents and trained in play therapy, where non-verbal expressions can be explored and processed. I have a master's degree in existential-phenomenological therapeutic psychology from Seattle University (2014) and practice from a client-centered, humanistic orientation. In general, my hope is to lead you to your internal compass and help you navigate through your life in a way that best aligns with your values and true self. With that said, finding the right person to share your story with is key to progress and I want to help you establish a therapeutic relationship that will work for you. It would be an honor to share the space with you.

I am able to meet in whatever form is most comfortable for you. For me I find it most helpful to share video sessions so that we can get to know each other better. I am available through text and phone if that is what is what you need.
