Hi, I'm Amy, I understand reaching out for therapy takes courage and a desire to find inner peace. My approach to therapy is to provide compassion and understanding in a safe space for sharing, processing and conquering the challenges we face daily. I have worked as a paramedic, crisis interview specialist, grief and bereavement counselor, and with sexual assault and domestic violence survivors. I have personal and professional experience with autism, ADHD and sensory processing disorder.
