and the stories of the world. Your story is beautiful and unique. It shows how you got to where you are, your strengths, your weaknesses and what you have endured. I want to help you grow your story. I see my job as to encourage you, walk alongside you and assist you as grow on the journey of your life story. I take my job seriously as it is an honor to be invited into someone's life story to grow them in whatever way they need.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) providing high-quality, effective, evidence-based
treatment with children, adolescents, and adults, couples, and families.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Adlerian therapy. I have received specialized training in cognitive-behavior therapy and trauma therapy from recognized experts in these areas. I am a person-centered therapist, with my core values being empathy, genuineness, and non-judgment.
