Hello! I am a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) with 13+ years of experience providing client-centered mental health and career counseling services. I have worked with clients in private practice, non-profit and higher education settings, and I am experienced at diagnosing and treating a wide variety of presenting issues including depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, career change, self esteem, stress reduction and more.

My approach to working with clients is holistic and collaborative. I begin by helping clients identify why they are coming to counseling and work with them to develop therapeutic goals with an end point in mind. Together we will set goals that are attainable with some effort on your part. The purpose of therapy is to reduce negative symptoms and improve functioning across life areas, and I help clients achieve this through a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Brief -Solution Focused modalities.

As a clinician you will find that I am warm, empathetic and honoring of not only who you are, but where you are on your journey. If you are seeking help with changing careers or finding a job, I also offer career exploration and job search assistance as a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and career counselor with 12+ years of experience coaching clients across various industries and experience levels.
