I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, family conflicts, coping with grief and loss, parenting issues, social behavior, and crisis counseling. What is your approach to therapy? I have an open minded, compassionate approach. My counseling style really depends on the client and what best fits the situation (no one person is the same). Person-centered therapy, Solution Focused therapy, and DBT have been my main therapeutic approach and style. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
