This is an opportunity to begin a new direction in your life, one that enables you to find fulfillment, contentment and self-empowerment. Change and happiness are possible! Therapy can be short-term or long-term depending on the nature of your circumstances. As you decide to further begin this journey, let me share with you a little bit about who I am and what I do. I can provide you with education, coping skills, and support to help navigate confusing and overwhelming stressors of life and relationships. My therapeutic approach combines cognitive-behavioral interventions, family systems and a Gestalt approach to meet your individualized needs. One way to think of a therapeutic approach is to how the therapist will work with you to consider, choose and reach your goals. I earned a Master of Education, in Counseling from Duquesne University & hold a license as a professional counselor. I offer support and treatment for mental illness, depression, anxiety, trauma and abuse, grief & loss, divorce, parenting, couples, and relationship issues. I look forward to speaking with you further and discussing how I might be of assistance. Together, we will work to establish a treatment plan that's right for your needs.
