About

Amie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Certified Personal Trainer, and a Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor. Her focus is on the connection between mental health and physical health, and she loves to help others find that connection. Amie has over 15 years of experience in social work and counseling including adoption and foster care (both placement and adult support), working with the homeless population, and helping the special needs community (especially children). She believes that we are all unique and individual, and her approach reflects that. Amie truly enjoys helping her clients establish and reach their goals. When she is not goal setting with her clients, Amie loves traveling, reading, and spending time with her family, pets, and friends.
