My work is process-oriented and easily accessible. The intention is that you can leave the office and apply what we processed into your daily life. Together we work to unfold the unhealthy and many times, the unconscious patterns, that inhibit you from reaching your goals and aspirations. You may want to feel a certain way or you may want to actually attain tangible things in your life. Together we will unearth faulty patterns and create new ones that are more in line with your true self.

I specialize in mental skills training and sports psychology. I use imagery, visualization, breath work and conscious goal setting to help you overcome anxiety, self esteem issues, injury, pressure, fear, depression, negative body image, lack of motivation, and confidence. The goal is to unlock your potential. You do not need to be an athlete to benefit.
My clients leave with tangible goals, new-found skills, and supportive homework they can apply outside of our sessions. Process is key, but if it is not applied it has no measurable impact.
