I am licensed in Oregon with 4 years of lisenced professional work experience and 8 years of community resource and support. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, sleeping disorders, & parenting issues. I strongly believe that no one is broken, but you may need support in finding what is best for you and help you in finding the path to heal from all of the trauma that can occur in life. My hope is that I can help you access your own wisdom because the only one that knows what's best for you is you. I want to collaborate with you on how to make the hard stuff in life easier to cope with.
