I am licensed professional counselor with over 5 years of experience. I have significant experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have work with clients with a wide range of concerns including but not limited too; depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, ADHD, grief/loss, trauma, spirituality, educational concerns, substance abuse, self-esteem issues, family conflict, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, neglect, eating disorder, conduct disorder, communication, and others. I also provide christian counseling as well to clients that are looking for christian counselors.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I take an approach with all of my client of the importance of meeting the client where they are at. Each client is different and will process, discuss, respond, and make progress differently. Therefore, I believe it is imperative to meet the client where they are at. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, and rational-emotive counseling. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I also provide christian counseling as well to clients that are looking for christian counselors.
