Hi!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in New York with five years of experience in a variety of settings including schools, shelters, and community based organizations. I have worked with people challenged by depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, and life changing situations utilizing both short-term and long-term treatment modalities based on the circumstances. My approach is solution focused, client centered, and strengths based.

In my work, I rely heavily on transparency, humor and building a genuine connection with clients. The space we share is a judgement free zone!

Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started. I am excited to meet you and work together to identify your goals and make plans to achieve them!

*Please be aware that at this time I primarily have availability for sessions on Wednesday evenings and on Sunday afternoons. If these time frames do not work for you, I encourage you to reach out to other counselors who may have more availability. Thank you in advance for your understanding!
