I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor (LPC-S) in Louisiana with over 17 years of experience. I mostly work from a cognitive-behavioral theoretical orientation, however, I believe in meeting the client where they are and adapting the modality to fit their needs. I feel that rapport-building, feeling expression, and setting goals are an important part of the therapeutic process. Therapy can be challenging at times due to change, however, I will be there to support you every step of the way.
I see individuals, couples, and families for mental and behavioral health and substance use/abuse needs. I specialize in trauma therapy and I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP.) I can address, but not be limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma/grief, LGBTQ+, and relationship concerns.
