Hello! I am so glad you are here! I am a therapist based in Michigan for over 10 years. I have worked in a variety of settings working with both individuals and families. My expertise and passion is walk along side those who are healing from past trauma. And due to that trauma are experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relational difficulties, self esteem/self value struggles, etc. Experiencing trauma and adversity throughout out life undoubtedly impacts how we function and I want to support your healing. You deserve that.

My style is open and deeply kind and passionate. It is non judgmental, safe, and client led. This is your time, your life, and your goals. I want to help you to discover a life and healing that have not seemed possible. You are innately valuable and you deserve to live a life a healing and hope.
