I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), licensed in the state of Louisiana. I have experience working with depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, mood disorders, behavioral disorders, eating disorders/body image issues, self-esteem issues, among others.

I understand the courage it takes to make the decision to seek counseling services. My counseling approach is eclectic in which I utilize person-centered therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, among others. I believe change occurs through self-awareness. The more an individual learns about oneself, his/her motivations, and how past experiences influence the present, there will be an increase in likelihood that change and growth may occur. I believe this perspective is true for relationships as well. I strive to provide an accepting environment for individuals to feel comfortable and empowered, while discussing issues that may feel vulnerable.
