I am an attentive, reflective empathetic listener trained to provide therapy through a heart-centered approach to better the lives of my clients. I practice an integrative approach utilizing holistic healing methods including mindfulness and breathwork along with guided imagery. I understand the importance brain and body connection addressing dysfunctional cycles of behavior, cognitive distortions, emotional dysregulation and trauma to heal without re-traumatization. My goal and therapeutic intention is to empower my clients towards self-resilience and healing.
