I am licensed in Wisconsin with 15 years of professional experience in the social services field. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, sleeping disorders, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, depression, trauma, and have extensive training in intimate partner intervention programs, marriage & family therapy, parenting, co-parenting, fatherhood initiatives and Substance Use Disorders.

I believe wellness in all areas of your life including: social, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, financial, occupational, environmental, and physical are central to overall well-being and for the creation of meaning and purpose in our lives. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
