Are you stuck wondering whether you are too much or not enough? I am here to walk alongside you, all the while offering support and encouragement; helping you to identify and embody what makes you feel powerful and enough.

A 2011 graduate of the University of Iowa, I have spent most of my post-graduate career working with adults who live with chronic and/or life-limiting illness. I am a former Advance Certified Hospice and Palliative Social Worker and have extensive post-graduate training in perinatal bereavement and infant loss and advance care planning. As a social worker in private practice, I work extensively with individuals who struggle with a variety of challenges, including, mental illness ( depression, anxiety, etc.), grief and loss, life transitions, parenting challenges, and marital or relationship conflict.
