Over the past 22 years as a CTRS-CADC-LCPC I have witnessed remarkable changes from working with adolescents to adults stating ""I never thought I could do this"" to achieve quality of living. I take pride in partnering with people to create a safe space to discover your hidden unique strengths and talents, which may have been masked due to unhealthy patterns in coping style or interpersonal relationships. I integrate a number of research-based, complementary theoretical methods into treatment, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, as well as other healthy life skills gleaned through Buddhist psychology and other disciplines to assist in healing the mind, body, and spirit.
