My name is Amber Carlile and I am interested in working with you to help you achieve your goals. I hold a clinical social work license in both Missouri and Kansas. I worked in child welfare for two years, then with adults experiencing mental illness for four years. In all, I have about nine years of varied experience in my current field. I regularly attend training to maintain my education and have worked with folks who come from various diverse circumstances.

I utilize both short term intervention styles such as Solution Focused Brief Therapy which will help you identify immediate areas of opportunity in your life. I also utilize cognitive behavioral therapies skills which can help you identify ways negative thinking is impacting your life and how to change those thoughts when they come up.
