About

I am a licensed clinical social worker in Florida with over 10 years of experience in helping individuals and families overcome life’s greatest challenges. For the past 7 years, I have worked as a counselor and behavior change coach. I have assisted clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family concerns, and workplace challenges. I also work with people that have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My counseling style is inviting and non-judgmental. I believe everyone has a story to tell and it is worth hearing. No matter how devastating your story might be, I hope to help you see the beauty in who you are. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical, person-centered, motivational interviewing, and emotions focused counseling. I will tailor my approach to meet your unique needs.
