Hello, my name is Amber. I specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a psychotherapy which focuses on healing the brain from past traumas. These past traumas can affect many aspects of our well being, including the relationship with yourself and others. Many suffer PTSD, other anxiety and depression impacted by past experiences. EMDR provides a gentle, fast acting support to recovery with documented permanent brain changes. I integrate other evidence based therapies into our sessions as well, customized to each client's treatment plan/goals/needs. Coming to therapy can be intimidating, and here at North Bay EMDR Therapy I provide a warm and nurturing online safe space for us to work together toward your recovery and healing goals.
