I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Washington State with over 5 years of experience working with adults, couples, and families. I have worked with people challenged by depression, anxiety, postpartum mood disorders, relationship issues, career challenges, trauma, abuse, and life-changing situations. My approach is client-centered and trauma-focused. I draw heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I strive to make the therapy experience genuine, positive, respectful, and safe. Together, we can address whatever difficulties and uncertainties you are facing without judgment. I believe you have the self-determination and strengths needed to overcome life’s challenges.
