I have dedicated my life to helping others define and create the life they want. I believe that to develop and sustain a happy, well-balanced life; we must make an intentional effort. This can prove to be difficult when experiencing the challenges of mental health and significant life transitions. My approach to assisting you with this is holistic. I utilize several therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment. I work to meet you where you are and utilize the appropriate interventions. I have earned a Master of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Social Work. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist.
