I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 6 years of experience and very much enjoy my professional work. I have most experience in working with clients who struggle with substance use, trauma, grief and loss, self esteem, depression, personality disorders, bi polar disorder, self harm and anxiety. My goal is to furnish a safe and non judgmental work environment where thoughts and feelings may be discussed freely and as is. The goal of treatment is to figure out what works for you and how to better take control of your wants and needs. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy requires a particular courage and curiosity that I am interested in exploring further with you. I prioritize responding to clients as soon as possible and identifying a plan together. I truly look forward to getting started.
