I have worked with diverse populations of individuals ranging from children, adolescents, adults, veterans, and couples. My specialty includes but is not limited to the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma, dual diagnosis, grief, adjustment, addiction, and relational problems. My background includes clinical work, mental and behavioral health, case management, assessments, and medical, educational, psychiatric, and therapeutic training. I use a diverse approach to counseling; some of the modalities I use include but use not limited to; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focus Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Person-Centered, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I focus on providing a genuine therapeutic relationship in a safe and non-judgment environment while treating everyone with dignity and respect.
