I am licensed in Vermont with 8+ years of professional work experience. I specialize in helping clients who are struggling with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, depression, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. Including my professional training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, my practice draws from mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), schema therapy, as well as trauma-informed practices that incorporate mind-body interventions. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
