About

I am a licensed professional counselor living in Arizona, providing therapy for the past 6 years. I have helped clients with managing anxiety, depression, working through trauma experiences, family issues, adoption/foster care related experiences, ADHD, Autism, grief and loss, and more. As a therapist, I value providing a nonjudgmental, empathetic and collaborative relationship with my clients, as well as supporting you in finding your own strength and confidence to work through whatever life has given you. You don’t have to go it alone! My goal is to help you see that you already have the tools needed to help create calm, peace and happiness for yourself and/or your family.
I specialize in working with children, ages 3-17 (and also have experience with adults too!) using Synergetic Play Therapy, EMDR, art based activities, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and more.
