I spent 2 years working in crisis intervention. While meeting clients in the community I realized how important being part of a person’s follow-up/ recovery was for me. This brought me to my 7 years as a therapist. A large portion of my focus has been on personality disorders and professional burnout. Self-expression and mindfulness are two important components of DBT therapy. I believe in the importance of these practices in daily life.
