Life can be challenging and my goal in providing therapeutic services is to help ease you through any struggles and/or transitions that you may be experiencing. A typical client for me is someone who sincerely wants support and assistance in becoming a happier, healthier individual/couple/family. If the desire to make a change is there, I am more than able and willing to assist you in navigating your own path to success.

I am a licensed mental health counselor, a nationally certified counselor, and a board certified life coach. I have been practicing therapy for 14 years and added life coaching to my resume about 5 years ago. I specialize in life transitions, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma and am consistently working to keep myself up to date on the newest research in the therapeutic world in hopes that I will be of better assistance to each of my clients.

As far as my therapeutic approach, I find that it is best to evaluate each clients individual needs before utilizing a specific treatment option when working with them. I have been trained in a multitude of therapeutic techniques, but most often utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy, as well as person centered therapy.
