I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost 20 years of experience in diverse settings. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, domestic violence, and general health and well-being. I have also provided crisis counseling for survivors of sexual assault.

I have a background in fitness and wellness and I am passionate about helping clients find the connection bewteen their emotional and physical health. I use strategies such as mindfulness, movement, and journaling to help clients find a sense of grounding and live in the present moment. I assist clients in utilizing their own strengths to overcome troubling times and improving areas of weakness to become more well-rounded individuals. I respect the client's rights to self-determination and see myself as a partner as they find the best possible version of themselves. I believe in the saying that we are a masterpiece and a work in progress at the same time.
