Hi, I'm Amanda. Do you find that life gets in the way of exercising? Do life or mental health challenges create barriers to exercising or vice versa? I am an LCSW and a certified running coach specializing in helping people with anxiety and ADHD through exercise. I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. researching how loneliness impacts whole-person health and how group exercise can help disrupt loneliness. I love empowering people to move to help cope with a variety of life's challenges. While exercise can be therapeutic, exercise is not necessarily therapy. I seek to help people connect with others and themselves by creating the healthiest versions of themselves physically, mentally, and socially.
