Life at times can be overwhelming and stressful. During these times it can be helpful to have someone to talk to. As a licensed clinical social worker, my goal is to be able to provide a safe place to explore your feelings, and help you develop and strengthen your coping strategies. My experience as a therapist has been working with adults facing chronic medical issues, grief and bereavement, stress, depression and anxiety. I’ve worked in hospital settings and individual therapy. Using therapeutic techniques we will work together to get you back on a path of positive self improvement. I look forward to working with you!
