I am a Trauma, Relationship, and Sex Therapist with 10 years of experience. Most of my career has been working with individuals, couples, and families around trauma, infidelity, relationship issues, anxiety, sexual concerns, depression, and more.

My approach to counseling is very client-centered and positive. I am a guide to help you discover your strength, abilities, and what you would like to get out of your future. I utilize many different therapeutic perspectives based on what you are looking for and value your input in your own development. Whether this is your first counseling experience or not I am here to support you through the process and to get the most out of it.
