I am a clinician with 11 years post master’s experience working with children, teens, and adults. I have experience working with couples, individuals, and their families. I am a LISW-S in Ohio and a LCSW in Florida. I utilize a humanistic, client-centered, and strength-based approach. I utilize an eclectic approach to working with trauma, depression, anxiety, and personality disorders that include; Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) techniques. I am an ally for those who are LGBTQIA+ and support ethical, non-monogamy lifestyles. I approach clients with a non-judgmental stance and understand that change takes time. I hope to provide individuals with the tools necessary to manage their emotional health to help manage the daily stressors in their life.
