About

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California (pronouns: she/her/hers). I have been working in mental health since 2010, after I graduated with my bachelor’s in psychology. I have worked in community mental health, with those struggling with dual diagnosis, residential treatment focuses on wellness and building life skills, and most recently with young adults learning to navigate college life. I utilize a combination of person-centered and cognitive behavioral therapy as my primary treatment modalities. I pull from solution-focused therapy and humanistic approaches to meet my clients where they are at and provide empathy and support. I enjoy the therapy process in witnessing others’ experiences and providing support as people process their pain and work toward individual growth. I exhibit genuine warmth, compassion, and cultural humility. Doing my best to understand and value differences. Life’s struggles do not need to be handled alone.
