As a Licensed therapist I am trained to used evidenced based practices, specializing in compassionate care, to help you learn and apply healthy coping tools tailored to meet your needs. What is your approach to therapy? In my practice I focus on a client centered, whole person philosophy where we will work at your pace to review where there may be barriers in your life holding you back from being authentically you. We will work together at finding appropriate mindfulness tools to help you cope through stressful situations no matter what point of your life you might be at. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? It is my job to assist clients in gaining insight into their own lives enough to understand themselves better. In doing so, it is my goal to make sure that my clients gain tools for a lifetime. In order to use and model these skills with confidence in who they are into their day to day lives.
